Cassava  is one of the major food crops in West and Central Africa, gradually replacing some other traditional crops such as maize, rice and sorghum because of its high adaptability on poor soils, tolerance to drought, high dry matter content and high possibilities for processing into several products. Cassava is transformed into garri, water fufu, flour, raw material for food, textile, pharmaceutical and brewery industries. Recently, many value chain projects in Cameroon/Tanzania such as PIDMA, PRASAC, C2D PAR have been promoting processing and marketing of cassava products., So MINI CAM AGRO happens to be one of the main Cassava Flour & Garri manufacturing Company in Cameroon with a producing capacity of 17,856 Tonne a year.
